About this task
This streaming and audio company (1,001–5,000 employees) is looking for a senior Talent Researcher for a monthly bundle of recurring tasks, 8–14 h a month. Deep profiles for senior searches.
The company wants one reliable owner for a list of small jobs instead of five different people. It publishes content on a schedule, so editorial deadlines are fixed.
The company prefers a person who can come to Bradford for kickoff and the final review; the rest is remote. Most people do this on weekday evenings; replies inside the working day are not expected.
What you deliver
- Research 20 senior candidates and prepare one-page profiles with career history and fit.
- A named list of items moved to next month, so nothing is lost
- A running log of open questions, reviewed at the start of each week
- A month-end summary with hours used against the cap
What a month looks like
- Week 1: intake call and a list of what is due this month
- Weeks 2 and 3: items completed in short sessions
- Week 4: month-end summary and the list for next month
Duration: 6 months, with a monthly hours cap. Accepted on the company's written OK. If something is missed, you fix it in the same week at no extra charge to either side.
