About this task
This payroll and HR services provider for healthcare staffing (501–1,000 employees) is looking for a senior Phone Screener for an ongoing part-time engagement of 2–4 h a week. Timely, human updates and rejection messages.
The company wants a senior person on this without carrying the cost of a full-time role. It works in staffing and HR technology, and the team is used to external specialists.
The work is fully remote. Any location in United States works, with a few hours of overlap with the team's day. Evenings or weekends are fine, as long as the agreed weekly output is there. About 2 hours a week should overlap with the team's day (PT).
What you deliver
- Send updates to 40 candidates a week within two working days of each stage.
- A short handover note when the engagement pauses or ends
- A written update every Wednesday with what was done, what is next and anything blocked
- Questions collected in one thread, answered within one working day
What a week looks like
- Thursday: 15-minute check-in to agree the week's items
- Tuesday: main working block (2 hours)
- Wednesday: hand-off note with what shipped and what is open
Duration: 16 weeks, renewable. Accepted when the output matches the agreed checklist and the sample check passes; the recruiter confirms by e-mail.
