About this task
This brand and creative agency for B2B software (501–1,000 employees) is looking for a manager Customer Churn Analyst for a single piece of work with a fixed scope and a fixed price. Codes free-text exit reasons into themes.
The company has a deadline, no one free to own it, and wants a person who has done the same job before. It is an agency, so work is organised around client campaigns and approval rounds.
The work is fully remote. Any location in Canada works, with a few hours of overlap with the team's day. You choose your hours; nothing is scheduled except an occasional short call.
What you deliver
- Code 500 cancellation comments into 20 themes and report share by plan and tenure.
- A 20-minute walkthrough call, or a recorded screen share if you prefer
- One round of edits after the company's review is included
- A final note stating what was checked and what was left out of scope
How the work runs
- Day 1: kickoff call and access to the files
- Days 2 to 4: the work, with questions answered the same day
- Last day: delivery and a short walkthrough
Duration: 1 to 2 weeks. Accepted on the company's written OK. If something is missed, you fix it in the same week at no extra charge to either side.
