About this task

This brand and creative agency for travel brands (1,001–5,000 employees) is looking for a manager Paid Ads Specialist for a single piece of work with a fixed scope and a fixed price. Structure, audiences, creative and tracking set up properly.

It is a self-contained job: scope, checklist and price are agreed before you start. It is an agency, so work is organised around client campaigns and approval rounds.

The work is fully remote. Any location in Romania works, with a few hours of overlap with the team's day. Evenings or weekends are fine, as long as the agreed weekly output is there. About 2 hours a week should overlap with the team's day (EET).

What you deliver

• Build and launch a lead-generation campaign on Google and LinkedIn with conversion tracking.
• One round of edits after the company's review is included
• A 20-minute walkthrough call, or a recorded screen share if you prefer
• A final note stating what was checked and what was left out of scope

How the work runs

• Day 1: scope confirmed in writing, files shared
• Middle of the period: draft shared for early feedback
• Last day: final version and handover note

Duration: about 10 working days. Accepted on the company's written OK. If something is missed, you fix it in the same week at no extra charge to either side.

How you get paid

• The company prepays Deftridge before your first hour, so payment does not depend on a late invoice.
• Deftridge pays you in EUR after the company confirms the hours or the deliverable. The payment date is written in your task agreement.
• You work as an independent contractor: you report your own income, and your recruiter sends the statements your accountant needs.
• You never chase the company. Questions about money go to Deftridge.
