About this task
This mobility company in car subscriptions (51–200 employees) is looking for a manager Tax Preparation Support for a single piece of work with a fixed scope and a fixed price. Trial balance mapping and schedules for a partnership or corporate return.
The work is too small to justify a hire and too important to leave to chance. It is an automotive business with long programme cycles and a strong paper trail.
The work is fully remote. Any location in Spain works, with a few hours of overlap with the team's day. Evenings or weekends are fine, as long as the agreed weekly output is there. About 2 hours a week should overlap with the team's day (CET).
What you deliver
- Map a trial balance to a Form 1065 workpaper set and prepare the M-1 and M-2 schedules.
- A final note stating what was checked and what was left out of scope
- A 20-minute walkthrough call, or a recorded screen share if you prefer
- One round of edits after the company's review is included
How the work runs
- Day 1: kickoff call and access to the files
- Days 2 to 6: the work, with questions answered the same day
- Last day: delivery and a short walkthrough
Duration: about 10 working days. Accepted after the walkthrough. Edits requested within three working days are part of the price.
