About this task
This education foundation in refugee support (501–1,000 employees) is looking for a specialist Tax Preparation Support for a single piece of work with a fixed scope and a fixed price. Trial balance mapping and schedules for a partnership or corporate return.
It is a self-contained job: scope, checklist and price are agreed before you start. It is a nonprofit, so budgets are tight and grant reporting dates are fixed.
The team sits in Paris. Everything can be done remotely; an occasional visit is welcome and never required for the first month. You choose your hours; nothing is scheduled except an occasional short call.
What you deliver
- Map a trial balance to a Form 1065 workpaper set and prepare the M-1 and M-2 schedules.
- A final note stating what was checked and what was left out of scope
- A 20-minute walkthrough call, or a recorded screen share if you prefer
- The finished deliverable in the agreed file format, with sources and assumptions listed
How the work runs
- Day 1: kickoff call and access to the files
- Days 2 to 6: the work, with questions answered the same day
- Last day: delivery and a short walkthrough
Duration: about 10 working days. Accepted when the company contact confirms the deliverable against the written checklist. One round of edits is included.
