Business Case Draft (Excel)

About this task

This Series C games studio making mobile puzzles (501–1,000 employees) is looking for a specialist Business Analyst for a single piece of work with a fixed scope and a fixed price. Costs, benefits and risks for a proposed change.

A fresh pair of experienced eyes is needed, and the result is a document or file the team can use straight away. It is a games studio with release dates that move the whole calendar.

The team sits in Haarlem. Everything can be done remotely; an occasional visit is welcome and never required for the first month. You choose your hours; nothing is scheduled except an occasional short call.

What you deliver

• Prepare the business case for automating invoice entry with a three-year cost and benefit model.
• One round of edits after the company's review is included
• A final note stating what was checked and what was left out of scope
• The finished deliverable in the agreed file format, with sources and assumptions listed

How the work runs

• Day 1: kickoff call and access to the files
• Days 2 to 8: the work, with questions answered the same day
• Last day: delivery and a short walkthrough

Duration: 1 to 2 weeks. Accepted after the walkthrough. Edits requested within three working days are part of the price.
