About this task
This renewable energy developer (1,001–5,000 employees) is looking for a manager Business Analyst for a single piece of work with a fixed scope and a fixed price. Costs, benefits and risks for a proposed change.
A fresh pair of experienced eyes is needed, and the result is a document or file the team can use straight away. It is an energy business with strict compliance and reporting cycles.
The company prefers a person who can come to Dublin for kickoff and the final review; the rest is remote. Most people do this on weekday evenings; replies inside the working day are not expected. About 2 hours a week should overlap with the team's day (Irish time).
What you deliver
- Prepare the business case for automating invoice entry with a three-year cost and benefit model.
- The finished deliverable in the agreed file format, with sources and assumptions listed
- A final note stating what was checked and what was left out of scope
- One round of edits after the company's review is included
How the work runs
- Day 1: kickoff call and access to the files
- Days 2 to 8: the work, with questions answered the same day
- Last day: delivery and a short walkthrough
Duration: 2 to 3 weeks. Accepted after the walkthrough. Edits requested within three working days are part of the price.
