About this task
This warehousing operator for food producers (1,001–5,000 employees) is looking for a senior Privacy & GDPR Counsel for a single piece of work with a fixed scope and a fixed price. Steps, roles and templates for a data incident.
A fresh pair of experienced eyes is needed, and the result is a document or file the team can use straight away. It moves goods for customers, so the data is operational and updated daily.
The team sits in Prague. Everything can be done remotely; an occasional visit is welcome and never required for the first month. Evenings or weekends are fine, as long as the agreed weekly output is there. About 2 hours a week should overlap with the team's day (CET).
What you deliver
- Write a breach response playbook with decision tree and regulator notification templates.
- A final note stating what was checked and what was left out of scope
- The finished deliverable in the agreed file format, with sources and assumptions listed
- One round of edits after the company's review is included
How the work runs
- Day 1: kickoff call and access to the files
- Days 2 to 6: the work, with questions answered the same day
- Last day: delivery and a short walkthrough
Duration: 2 to 3 weeks. Accepted after the walkthrough. Edits requested within three working days are part of the price.
