About this task

This Series C applied AI company for customer support (501–1,000 employees) is looking for a director AI Evaluator: Marketing for a rating and review programme for AI output in your own field, 4–8 h a week. Checks output against a written brand voice.

Ratings are checked against a written rubric, and your notes go back to the team that builds the product. It builds AI products and needs human experts to check what the models produce.

The work is fully remote. Any location in United Kingdom works, with a few hours of overlap with the team's day.

What you deliver

  • Score 30 outputs against a brand voice guide and rewrite two to show the gap.
  • Short calibration notes after the first batch, so your ratings match the guidelines
  • Flags for answers that are unsafe, off-topic or wrong in your field
  • A weekly count of items reviewed, confirmed by the programme lead

What a week looks like

  • Friday: pick up the queue and confirm priorities
  • Midweek: two short working sessions of one to two hours
  • Monday: update sent before the company's end of day

Duration: Weekly batches for 8 weeks, renewed every four weeks. Accepted after the walkthrough. Edits requested within three working days are part of the price.
