About this task
This Series C digital-asset exchange for payments (201–500 employees) is looking for a director Fractional General Counsel for an ongoing part-time engagement of 1–2 h a week. Minutes, resolutions and investor documents.

- Monday: ten-minute sync if anything is blocked
- Wednesday: weekly summary posted to the shared thread
Duration: 12 weeks, renewable. Accepted when the company contact confirms the deliverable against the written checklist. One round of edits is included.
