About this task

This consumer goods company in baby care (5,000+ employees) is looking for a manager Red-Teamer for a rating and review programme for AI output in your own field, 4–10 h a week. Tests answers across names, groups and settings for unequal treatment.

Ratings are checked against a written rubric, and your notes go back to the team that builds the product. It sells consumer goods through retailers, so planning cycles run to a fixed monthly calendar.

The work is fully remote. Any location in Poland works, with a few hours of overlap with the team's day.

What you deliver

  • Run 20 matched prompt pairs and record differences in tone or advice.
  • Ratings entered in the client's tool against the written rubric, with a one-line reason each
  • Short calibration notes after the first batch, so your ratings match the guidelines
  • A weekly count of items reviewed, confirmed by the programme lead

What a week looks like

  • Tuesday: 15-minute check-in to agree the week's items
  • Wednesday: main working block (4 hours)
  • Monday: hand-off note with what shipped and what is open

Duration: Weekly batches for 8 weeks, renewed every four weeks. Accepted when the output matches the agreed checklist and the sample check passes; the recruiter confirms by e-mail.
