About this task
This Series C analytics software company for HR teams (201–500 employees) is looking for a senior Red-Teamer for a rating and review programme for AI output in your own field, 4–10 h a week. Tests answers across names, groups and settings for unequal treatment.
Ratings are checked against a written rubric, and your notes go back to the team that builds the product. The company sells subscription software, so deadlines follow release and billing cycles.
The work is fully remote. Any location in Italy works, with a few hours of overlap with the team's day.
What you deliver
- Run 40 matched prompt pairs and record differences in tone or advice.
- Ratings entered in the client's tool against the written rubric, with a one-line reason each
- Flags for answers that are unsafe, off-topic or wrong in your field
- A weekly count of items reviewed, confirmed by the programme lead
What a week looks like
- Daily: one hour at a time that suits you, inside the agreed window
- Friday: ten-minute sync if anything is blocked
- Thursday: weekly summary posted to the shared thread
Duration: Weekly batches for 6 weeks, renewed every four weeks. Accepted after the walkthrough. Edits requested within three working days are part of the price.
