About this task
This consumer goods company in baby care (5,000+ employees) is looking for a senior Red-Teamer for a rating and review programme for AI output in your own field, 4–10 h a week. Tests answers across names, groups and settings for unequal treatment.
The programme needs subject-matter experts who can tell a good answer from a plausible one in their own field. It sells consumer goods through retailers, so planning cycles run to a fixed monthly calendar.
The work is fully remote and open to anyone living in an EU country; the team itself works from Germany.
What you deliver
- Run 30 matched prompt pairs and record differences in tone or advice.
- Short calibration notes after the first batch, so your ratings match the guidelines
- A weekly count of items reviewed, confirmed by the programme lead
- Flags for answers that are unsafe, off-topic or wrong in your field
What a week looks like
- Wednesday: 15-minute check-in to agree the week's items
- Tuesday: main working block (4 hours)
- Thursday: hand-off note with what shipped and what is open
Duration: Weekly batches for 12 weeks, renewed every four weeks. Accepted after the walkthrough. Edits requested within three working days are part of the price.
