About this task
This accounting software company for nonprofits (1,001–5,000 employees) is looking for a manager Red-Teamer for a rating and review programme for AI output in your own field, 4–10 h a week. Tests answers across names, groups and settings for unequal treatment.
The programme needs subject-matter experts who can tell a good answer from a plausible one in their own field. It operates in regulated payments and lending, so a written trail for every decision matters.
The work is fully remote. Any location in Canada works, with a few hours of overlap with the team's day.
What you deliver
- Run 25 matched prompt pairs and record differences in tone or advice.
- Flags for answers that are unsafe, off-topic or wrong in your field
- A weekly count of items reviewed, confirmed by the programme lead
- Ratings entered in the client's tool against the written rubric, with a one-line reason each
What a week looks like
- Daily: one hour at a time that suits you, inside the agreed window
- Tuesday: ten-minute sync if anything is blocked
- Monday: weekly summary posted to the shared thread
Duration: Weekly batches for 12 weeks, renewed every four weeks. Accepted after the walkthrough. Edits requested within three working days are part of the price.
