About this task

This hotel group with city hotels (501–1,000 employees) is looking for a manager Payroll Specialist for an ongoing part-time engagement of 3–6 h a week. Collects changes, runs the payroll and checks the register.

Workload peaks and dips, so a few fixed hours a week fit better than a full-time seat. It works in travel and hospitality, where demand is seasonal.

The work is fully remote. Any location in Netherlands works, with a few hours of overlap with the team's day. The company prefers early-morning hours, before a normal working day starts. About 2 hours a week should overlap with the team's day (CET).

What you deliver

  • Run the bi-weekly payroll for 75 employees, compare to the prior run and resolve variances above 5%.
  • Questions collected in one thread, answered within one working day
  • A short handover note when the engagement pauses or ends
  • Work logged against the agreed list, so the company contact can see progress without a call

What a week looks like

  • Daily: one hour at a time that suits you, inside the agreed window
  • Tuesday: ten-minute sync if anything is blocked
  • Wednesday: weekly summary posted to the shared thread

Duration: 8 weeks, renewable. Accepted after the walkthrough. Edits requested within three working days are part of the price.
