About this task

This property developer in office refurbishment (201–500 employees) is looking for a senior Payroll Specialist for an ongoing part-time engagement of 3–6 h a week. Collects changes, runs the payroll and checks the register.

The company wants a senior person on this without carrying the cost of a full-time role. It works in real estate and construction, where project documents change often.

The work is fully remote. Any location in Netherlands works, with a few hours of overlap with the team's day. You choose your hours; nothing is scheduled except an occasional short call. About 3 hours a week should overlap with the team's day (CET).

What you deliver

  • Run the bi-weekly payroll for 50 employees, compare to the prior run and resolve variances above 5%.
  • A short handover note when the engagement pauses or ends
  • Work logged against the agreed list, so the company contact can see progress without a call
  • A written update every Tuesday with what was done, what is next and anything blocked

What a week looks like

  • Wednesday: 15-minute check-in to agree the week's items
  • Monday: main working block (2 hours)
  • Tuesday: hand-off note with what shipped and what is open

Duration: 6 months, then month by month. Accepted when the company contact confirms the deliverable against the written checklist. One round of edits is included.
