About this task
This Series B online marketplace for home goods (51–200 employees) is looking for a manager PMO & Program Support for a single piece of work with a fixed scope and a fixed price. Tracks whether projects deliver promised value.
The company has a deadline, no one free to own it, and wants a person who has done the same job before. It sells online, so volumes move with promotions and the calendar matters.
The work is fully remote, but the company can only contract people who live in West Virginia, so this one is for residents there. Evenings or weekends are fine, as long as the agreed weekly output is there.
What you deliver
- Track benefits for 10 completed projects against the business case.
- One round of edits after the company's review is included
- A final note stating what was checked and what was left out of scope
- A 20-minute walkthrough call, or a recorded screen share if you prefer
How the work runs
- Day 1: kickoff call and access to the files
- Days 2 to 5: the work, with questions answered the same day
- Last day: delivery and a short walkthrough
Duration: 2 to 3 weeks. Accepted when the company contact confirms the deliverable against the written checklist. One round of edits is included.
