About this task
This Real-estate services firm (501–1,000 employees) is looking for a senior PMO & Program Support for a single piece of work with a fixed scope and a fixed price. Tracks whether projects deliver promised value.
The company has a deadline, no one free to own it, and wants a person who has done the same job before. It works in real estate and construction, where project documents change often.
The work is fully remote. Any location in United States works, with a few hours of overlap with the team's day. Most people do this on weekday evenings; replies inside the working day are not expected.
What you deliver
- Track benefits for 12 completed projects against the business case.
- A final note stating what was checked and what was left out of scope
- One round of edits after the company's review is included
- A 20-minute walkthrough call, or a recorded screen share if you prefer
How the work runs
- Day 1: kickoff call and access to the files
- Days 2 to 5: the work, with questions answered the same day
- Last day: delivery and a short walkthrough
Duration: 2 to 3 weeks. Accepted when the company contact confirms the deliverable against the written checklist. One round of edits is included.
