About this task
This mobility company in EV batteries (201–500 employees) is looking for a senior PMO & Program Support for a single piece of work with a fixed scope and a fixed price. Tracks whether projects deliver promised value.
It is a self-contained job: scope, checklist and price are agreed before you start. It is an automotive business with long programme cycles and a strong paper trail.
The work is fully remote. Any location in Germany works, with a few hours of overlap with the team's day. Most people do this on weekday evenings; replies inside the working day are not expected. About 1 hour a week should overlap with the team's day (CET).
What you deliver
- Track benefits for 10 completed projects against the business case.
- A 20-minute walkthrough call, or a recorded screen share if you prefer
- The finished deliverable in the agreed file format, with sources and assumptions listed
- One round of edits after the company's review is included
How the work runs
- Day 1: kickoff call and access to the files
- Days 2 to 5: the work, with questions answered the same day
- Last day: delivery and a short walkthrough
Duration: 1 to 2 weeks. Accepted after the walkthrough. Edits requested within three working days are part of the price.
