About this task
This Series A lending platform (11–50 employees) is looking for a manager AI Evaluator: Data & Analytics for a rating and review programme for AI output in your own field, 5–12 h a week. Rates AI answers to analysis questions for method and correctness.
Ratings are checked against a written rubric, and your notes go back to the team that builds the product. It operates in regulated payments and lending, so a written trail for every decision matters.
The work is fully remote. Any location in United States works, with a few hours of overlap with the team's day.
What you deliver
- Rate 50 AI answers on cohort analysis and A/B testing, and note statistical mistakes.
- Flags for answers that are unsafe, off-topic or wrong in your field
- Short calibration notes after the first batch, so your ratings match the guidelines
- A weekly count of items reviewed, confirmed by the programme lead
What a week looks like
- Monday: pick up the queue and confirm priorities
- Midweek: two short working sessions of one to two hours
- Thursday: update sent before the company's end of day
Duration: Weekly batches for 12 weeks, renewed every four weeks. Accepted on the company's written OK. If something is missed, you fix it in the same week at no extra charge to either side.

How you get paid
