About this task
This Customer-support software company for construction firms (1,001–5,000 employees) is looking for a senior KPI Dashboard Owner for a single piece of work with a fixed scope and a fixed price. Alerts that fire when something actually matters.
It is a self-contained job: scope, checklist and price are agreed before you start. The company sells subscription software, so deadlines follow release and billing cycles.
The work is fully remote and open to anyone living in an EU country; the team itself works from Belgium. You choose your hours; nothing is scheduled except an occasional short call. About 2 hours a week should overlap with the team's day (EET).
What you deliver
- Set thresholds and Slack alerts for ten KPIs and tune them over a month to cut noise.
- One round of edits after the company's review is included
- A 20-minute walkthrough call, or a recorded screen share if you prefer
- A final note stating what was checked and what was left out of scope
How the work runs
- Day 1: kickoff call and access to the files
- Days 2 to 4: the work, with questions answered the same day
- Last day: delivery and a short walkthrough
Duration: 1 to 2 weeks. Accepted on the company's written OK. If something is missed, you fix it in the same week at no extra charge to either side.
