About this task
This technology consulting firm (501–1,000 employees) is looking for a manager Contract Recruiter for an ongoing part-time engagement of 1–2 h a week. Coordinates external recruiters and checks fees and quality.
The person who did this left, and the company would rather bring in an experienced part-timer than rush a permanent hire. It is a consulting firm, so client deadlines set the pace and handover notes are expected.

What you deliver
- Manage three agencies on a retained search, review submissions and track fees.
- A written update every Thursday with what was done, what is next and anything blocked
- Work logged against the agreed list, so the company contact can see progress without a call
- A short handover note when the engagement pauses or ends
What a week looks like
- Monday: pick up the queue and confirm priorities
- Midweek: two short working sessions of one to two hours
- Thursday: update sent before the company's end of day
Duration: 6 months, then month by month. Accepted when the company contact confirms the deliverable against the written checklist. One round of edits is included.
