About this task
This Food-supply cooperative in greenhouse growing (5,000+ employees) is looking for a senior Contract Recruiter for an ongoing part-time engagement of 1–2 h a week. Coordinates external recruiters and checks fees and quality.
The company wants a senior person on this without carrying the cost of a full-time role. It is an agri-business, so the calendar follows the growing season.
The team sits in Los Angeles. Everything can be done remotely; an occasional visit is welcome and never required for the first month. Most people do this on weekday evenings; replies inside the working day are not expected.
