About this task
This warehousing operator for e-commerce brands (201–500 employees) is looking for a manager Talent Acquisition Manager for a monthly bundle of recurring tasks, 8–16 h a month. Gets better terms and results from recruiting agencies.
A named list of recurring items keeps the month predictable for both sides. It moves goods for customers, so the data is operational and updated daily.
The work is fully remote. Any location in United States works, with a few hours of overlap with the team's day. Evenings or weekends are fine, as long as the agreed weekly output is there. About 1 hour a week should overlap with the team's day (CT).

- A running log of open questions, reviewed at the start of each week
What a month looks like
- Start of month: the company shares the items and the priorities
- Mid-month: progress check of 15 minutes
- Month end: hours used against the cap, results and open items
Duration: 12 weeks, with a monthly hours cap. Accepted when the output matches the agreed checklist and the sample check passes; the recruiter confirms by e-mail.
