About this task
This staffing firm for tech hiring (501–1,000 employees) is looking for a manager Red-Teamer for a rating and review programme for AI output in your own field, 5–12 h a week. Writes prompts designed to expose weaknesses in a model.
The programme needs subject-matter experts who can tell a good answer from a plausible one in their own field. It works in staffing and HR technology, and the team is used to external specialists.
The work is fully remote, but the company can only contract people who live in Pennsylvania, so this one is for residents there.
What you deliver
- Write 60 adversarial prompts a week across policy bypass and misleading context and record each result.
- Short calibration notes after the first batch, so your ratings match the guidelines
- A weekly count of items reviewed, confirmed by the programme lead
- Ratings entered in the client's tool against the written rubric, with a one-line reason each
What a week looks like
- Daily: one hour at a time that suits you, inside the agreed window
- Wednesday: ten-minute sync if anything is blocked
- Monday: weekly summary posted to the shared thread
Duration: Weekly batches for 12 weeks, renewed every four weeks. Accepted when the output matches the agreed checklist and the sample check passes; the recruiter confirms by e-mail.
