About this task
This Series C digital health company for elder care (201–500 employees) is looking for a senior Red-Teamer for a rating and review programme for AI output in your own field, 5–12 h a week. Writes prompts designed to expose weaknesses in a model.
Ratings are checked against a written rubric, and your notes go back to the team that builds the product. It works in healthcare, so patient data is never part of the task and privacy rules are strict.
The work is fully remote. Any location in France works, with a few hours of overlap with the team's day.
What you deliver
- Write 25 adversarial prompts a week across policy bypass and misleading context and record each result.
- Short calibration notes after the first batch, so your ratings match the guidelines
- Flags for answers that are unsafe, off-topic or wrong in your field
- Ratings entered in the client's tool against the written rubric, with a one-line reason each
What a week looks like
- Daily: one hour at a time that suits you, inside the agreed window
- Monday: ten-minute sync if anything is blocked
- Thursday: weekly summary posted to the shared thread
Duration: Weekly batches for 12 weeks, renewed every four weeks. Accepted when the output matches the agreed checklist and the sample check passes; the recruiter confirms by e-mail.
