About this task
This mobility company in car subscriptions (501–1,000 employees) is looking for a senior Red-Teamer for a rating and review programme for AI output in your own field, 5–12 h a week. Writes prompts designed to expose weaknesses in a model.
The programme needs subject-matter experts who can tell a good answer from a plausible one in their own field. It is an automotive business with long programme cycles and a strong paper trail.
The work is fully remote, but the company can only contract people who live in British Columbia, so this one is for residents there.
What you deliver
- Write 40 adversarial prompts a week across policy bypass and misleading context and record each result.
- A weekly count of items reviewed, confirmed by the programme lead
- Flags for answers that are unsafe, off-topic or wrong in your field
- Ratings entered in the client's tool against the written rubric, with a one-line reason each
What a week looks like
- Friday: 15-minute check-in to agree the week's items
- Thursday: main working block (4 hours)
- Wednesday: hand-off note with what shipped and what is open
Duration: Weekly batches for 12 weeks, renewed every four weeks. Accepted on the company's written OK. If something is missed, you fix it in the same week at no extra charge to either side.
