About this task
This Series B medical devices company for elder care (51–200 employees) is looking for a senior Growth & Product Analyst for a single piece of work with a fixed scope and a fixed price. Finds the early action that best predicts long-term retention.
The company has a deadline, no one free to own it, and wants a person who has done the same job before. It works in healthcare, so patient data is never part of the task and privacy rules are strict.
The team sits in Sydney. Everything can be done remotely; an occasional visit is welcome and never required for the first month. Most people do this on weekday evenings; replies inside the working day are not expected.
What you deliver
- Identify the activation event that best predicts week-8 retention and test it across segments.
- The finished deliverable in the agreed file format, with sources and assumptions listed
- A final note stating what was checked and what was left out of scope
- One round of edits after the company's review is included
How the work runs
- Day 1: kickoff call and access to the files
- Days 2 to 6: the work, with questions answered the same day
- Last day: delivery and a short walkthrough
Duration: about 10 working days. Accepted when the output matches the agreed checklist and the sample check passes; the recruiter confirms by e-mail.

- Managing other contractors or employees
