About this task
This Series A vertical software provider (51–200 employees) is looking for a senior Account Manager for a monthly bundle of recurring tasks, 10–20 h a month. A plan for each top account: people, goals, risks, upsell.
The same kind of work comes back every month, so the company prefers one person with an hours cap over ad-hoc requests. The company sells subscription software, so deadlines follow release and billing cycles.
The work is fully remote. Any location in United States works, with a few hours of overlap with the team's day. You choose your hours; nothing is scheduled except an occasional short call. About 2 hours a week should overlap with the team's day (ET).
What you deliver
- Write account plans for 15 strategic accounts, with stakeholder maps and a 12-month growth plan.
- A month-end summary with hours used against the cap
- The monthly list of items completed, each with a link to the result
- A running log of open questions, reviewed at the start of each week
What a month looks like
- Start of month: the company shares the items and the priorities
- Mid-month: progress check of 15 minutes
- Month end: hours used against the cap, results and open items
Duration: 6 months, with a monthly hours cap. Accepted when the company contact confirms the deliverable against the written checklist. One round of edits is included.
