About this task

This retail chain selling electronics (201–500 employees) is looking for a manager Treasury & Cash-Flow Analyst for an ongoing part-time engagement of 3–6 h a week. Weekly forecast of receipts and payments with variance to actual.

The company wants a senior person on this without carrying the cost of a full-time role. It is a retailer with stores and an online channel, and the team works to a weekly trading rhythm.

The work is fully remote. Any location in Poland works, with a few hours of overlap with the team's day. The company prefers early-morning hours, before a normal working day starts. About 2 hours a week should overlap with the team's day (CET).

What you deliver

  • Update the 13-week cash forecast every Monday and report last week's variance and the main drivers.
  • A short handover note when the engagement pauses or ends
  • Questions collected in one thread, answered within one working day
  • Work logged against the agreed list, so the company contact can see progress without a call

What a week looks like

  • Thursday: 15-minute check-in to agree the week's items
  • Monday: main working block (2 hours)
  • Tuesday: hand-off note with what shipped and what is open

Duration: 16 weeks, renewable. Accepted after the walkthrough. Edits requested within three working days are part of the price.
