About this task

This machinery maker making building materials (501–1,000 employees) is looking for a manager Treasury & Cash-Flow Analyst for an ongoing part-time engagement of 3–6 h a week. Weekly forecast of receipts and payments with variance to actual.

The team is stretched and wants steady, predictable help instead of another full-time hire. It manufactures physical products, and the office team works to month-end and plant schedules.

The team sits in Ljubljana. Everything can be done remotely; an occasional visit is welcome and never required for the first month. The company prefers early-morning hours, before a normal working day starts.

What you deliver

  • Update the 13-week cash forecast every Monday and report last week's variance and the main drivers.
  • Questions collected in one thread, answered within one working day
  • Work logged against the agreed list, so the company contact can see progress without a call
  • A written update every Wednesday with what was done, what is next and anything blocked

What a week looks like

  • Daily: one hour at a time that suits you, inside the agreed window
  • Tuesday: ten-minute sync if anything is blocked
  • Wednesday: weekly summary posted to the shared thread

Duration: 8 weeks, renewable. Accepted on the company's written OK. If something is missed, you fix it in the same week at no extra charge to either side.
