About this task
This technology consulting firm for energy companies (11–50 employees) is looking for a senior Treasury & Cash-Flow Analyst for an ongoing part-time engagement of 3–6 h a week. Weekly forecast of receipts and payments with variance to actual.
Workload peaks and dips, so a few fixed hours a week fit better than a full-time seat. It is a consulting firm, so client deadlines set the pace and handover notes are expected.
The work is fully remote. Any location in Ireland works, with a few hours of overlap with the team's day. You choose your hours; nothing is scheduled except an occasional short call. About 2 hours a week should overlap with the team's day (Irish time).
What you deliver
- Update the 13-week cash forecast every Monday and report last week's variance and the main drivers.
- Work logged against the agreed list, so the company contact can see progress without a call
- A written update every Wednesday with what was done, what is next and anything blocked
- Questions collected in one thread, answered within one working day
What a week looks like
- Tuesday: 15-minute check-in to agree the week's items
- Thursday: main working block (2 hours)
- Wednesday: hand-off note with what shipped and what is open
Duration: 12 weeks, renewable. Accepted after the walkthrough. Edits requested within three working days are part of the price.
