About this task
This Series B payments company for travel companies (201–500 employees) is looking for a senior Treasury & Cash-Flow Analyst for an ongoing part-time engagement of 3–6 h a week. Weekly forecast of receipts and payments with variance to actual.
The team is stretched and wants steady, predictable help instead of another full-time hire. It operates in regulated payments and lending, so a written trail for every decision matters.
The team sits in Florence. Everything can be done remotely; an occasional visit is welcome and never required for the first month. Most people do this on weekday evenings; replies inside the working day are not expected. About 2 hours a week should overlap with the team's day (CET).
What you deliver
- Update the 13-week cash forecast every Monday and report last week's variance and the main drivers.
- A written update every Wednesday with what was done, what is next and anything blocked
- Questions collected in one thread, answered within one working day
- A short handover note when the engagement pauses or ends
What a week looks like
- Monday: pick up the queue and confirm priorities
- Midweek: two short working sessions of one to two hours
- Wednesday: update sent before the company's end of day
Duration: 6 months, then month by month. Accepted when the output matches the agreed checklist and the sample check passes; the recruiter confirms by e-mail.
