About this task

This proptech company in office refurbishment (501–1,000 employees) is looking for a manager Treasury & Cash-Flow Analyst for an ongoing part-time engagement of 3–6 h a week. Weekly forecast of receipts and payments with variance to actual.

The company wants a senior person on this without carrying the cost of a full-time role. It works in real estate and construction, where project documents change often.

The company prefers a person who can come to Calgary for kickoff and the final review; the rest is remote. Evenings or weekends are fine, as long as the agreed weekly output is there. About 2 hours a week should overlap with the team's day (MT).

What you deliver

  • Update the 13-week cash forecast every Monday and report last week's variance and the main drivers.
  • Work logged against the agreed list, so the company contact can see progress without a call
  • Questions collected in one thread, answered within one working day
  • A short handover note when the engagement pauses or ends

What a week looks like

  • Daily: one hour at a time that suits you, inside the agreed window
  • Wednesday: ten-minute sync if anything is blocked
  • Friday: weekly summary posted to the shared thread

Duration: 12 weeks, renewable. Accepted when the output matches the agreed checklist and the sample check passes; the recruiter confirms by e-mail.
