About this task

This property developer in logistics warehouses (51–200 employees) is looking for a senior Treasury & Cash-Flow Analyst for an ongoing part-time engagement of 3–6 h a week. Weekly forecast of receipts and payments with variance to actual.

The person who did this left, and the company would rather bring in an experienced part-timer than rush a permanent hire. It works in real estate and construction, where project documents change often.

The company prefers a person who can come to Buffalo for kickoff and the final review; the rest is remote. Most people do this on weekday evenings; replies inside the working day are not expected. About 2 hours a week should overlap with the team's day (ET).

What you deliver

• Update the 13-week cash forecast every Monday and report last week's variance and the main drivers.
• Work logged against the agreed list, so the company contact can see progress without a call
• A written update every Monday with what was done, what is next and anything blocked
• A short handover note when the engagement pauses or ends

What a week looks like

• Wednesday: 15-minute check-in to agree the week's items
• Tuesday: main working block (2 hours)
• Monday: hand-off note with what shipped and what is open

Duration: 8 weeks, renewable. Accepted on the company's written OK. If something is missed, you fix it in the same week at no extra charge to either side.

How you get paid
