## About this task

This lending platform (5,000+ employees) is looking for a manager Business Analyst for an ongoing part-time engagement of 3–6 h a week. Writes and refines stories so engineers can start.

The team is stretched and wants steady, predictable help instead of another full-time hire. It operates in regulated payments and lending, so a written trail for every decision matters.

The work is fully remote. Any location in United Kingdom works, with a few hours of overlap with the team's day. You choose your hours; nothing is scheduled except an occasional short call. About 3 hours a week should overlap with the team's day (UK time).

## What you deliver

- Refine 20 backlog stories each week with acceptance criteria and open questions listed.

- Questions collected in one thread, answered within one working day

- Work logged against the agreed list, so the company contact can see progress without a call

- A short handover note when the engagement pauses or ends

## What a week looks like

- Daily: one hour at a time that suits you, inside the agreed window

- Monday: ten-minute sync if anything is blocked

- Friday: weekly summary posted to the shared thread

**Duration:** 6 months, then month by month. Accepted when the output matches the agreed checklist and the sample check passes; the recruiter confirms by e-mail.
