## About this task

This Series B B2B software company for HR teams (201–500 employees) is looking for a manager Commercial Contract Reviewer for a single piece of work with a fixed scope and a fixed price. Checks who can sign what and how.

The work is too small to justify a hire and too important to leave to chance. The company sells subscription software, so deadlines follow release and billing cycles.

The work is fully remote. Any location in United States works, with a few hours of overlap with the team's day. You choose your hours; nothing is scheduled except an occasional short call. About 2 hours a week should overlap with the team's day (CT).

## What you deliver

- Create a signature authority matrix and check it against 12 recent contracts.

- A 20-minute walkthrough call, or a recorded screen share if you prefer

- A final note stating what was checked and what was left out of scope

- One round of edits after the company's review is included

## How the work runs

- Day 1: scope confirmed in writing, files shared

- Middle of the period: draft shared for early feedback

- Last day: final version and handover note

**Duration:** 2 to 3 weeks. Accepted after the walkthrough. Edits requested within three working days are part of the price.
