## About this task

This legal services provider (1,001–5,000 employees) is looking for a manager Compliance Analyst for a monthly bundle of recurring tasks, 8–16 h a month. Screens counterparties and records the result.

The same kind of work comes back every month, so the company prefers one person with an hours cap over ad-hoc requests. It is a law firm; confidentiality is absolute and every file is handled under supervision.

The team sits in Austin. Everything can be done remotely; an occasional visit is welcome and never required for the first month. Most people do this on weekday evenings; replies inside the working day are not expected. About 1 hour a week should overlap with the team's day (CT).

## What you deliver

- Screen 150 counterparties against sanctions and adverse media lists and document each outcome.

- The monthly list of items completed, each with a link to the result

- A running log of open questions, reviewed at the start of each week

- A named list of items moved to next month, so nothing is lost

## What a month looks like

- Start of month: the company shares the items and the priorities

- Mid-month: progress check of 15 minutes

- Month end: hours used against the cap, results and open items

**Duration:** 6 months, with a monthly hours cap. Accepted after the walkthrough. Edits requested within three working days are part of the price.
