## About this task

This technology consulting firm for private equity (201–500 employees) is looking for a manager Financial Model Reviewer for a single piece of work with a fixed scope and a fixed price. Brings a model in line with a formula and layout standard.

It is a self-contained job: scope, checklist and price are agreed before you start. It is a consulting firm, so client deadlines set the pace and handover notes are expected.

The work is fully remote. Any location in United States works, with a few hours of overlap with the team's day. You choose your hours; nothing is scheduled except an occasional short call. About 1 hour a week should overlap with the team's day (MST).

## What you deliver

- Reformat a model to FAST conventions, remove merged cells and colour-code inputs, with a change log.

- A 20-minute walkthrough call, or a recorded screen share if you prefer

- One round of edits after the company's review is included

- A final note stating what was checked and what was left out of scope

## How the work runs

- Day 1: kickoff call and access to the files

- Days 2 to 4: the work, with questions answered the same day

- Last day: delivery and a short walkthrough

**Duration:** about 10 working days. Accepted after the walkthrough. Edits requested within three working days are part of the price.
