## About this task

This Series B B2B software company for construction firms (201–500 employees) is looking for a senior Financial Model Reviewer for a single piece of work with a fixed scope and a fixed price. Challenges cost-saving assumptions, financing and purchase accounting in a deal model.

The work is too small to justify a hire and too important to leave to chance. The company sells subscription software, so deadlines follow release and billing cycles.

The work is fully remote. Any location in United States works, with a few hours of overlap with the team's day. Most people do this on weekday evenings; replies inside the working day are not expected.

## What you deliver

- Review the cost-saving and debt schedules in an acquisition model and flag items that move the price.

- A final note stating what was checked and what was left out of scope

- A 20-minute walkthrough call, or a recorded screen share if you prefer

- One round of edits after the company's review is included

## How the work runs

- Day 1: scope confirmed in writing, files shared

- Middle of the period: draft shared for early feedback

- Last day: final version and handover note

**Duration:** about 10 working days. Accepted when the output matches the agreed checklist and the sample check passes; the recruiter confirms by e-mail.
