## About this task

This finance advisory firm for the public sector (501–1,000 employees) is looking for a manager Treasury & Cash-Flow Analyst for an ongoing part-time engagement of 3–6 h a week. Aggregates bank balances and flags what needs funding.

The person who did this left, and the company would rather bring in an experienced part-timer than rush a permanent hire. It is a consulting firm, so client deadlines set the pace and handover notes are expected.

The work is fully remote, but the company can only contract people who live in Oregon, so this one is for residents there. Most people do this on weekday evenings; replies inside the working day are not expected. About 2 hours a week should overlap with the team's day (PT).

## What you deliver

- Compile a daily cash position across eight accounts and flag any balance below the minimum.

- Work logged against the agreed list, so the company contact can see progress without a call

- Questions collected in one thread, answered within one working day

- A written update every Wednesday with what was done, what is next and anything blocked

## What a week looks like

- Daily: one hour at a time that suits you, inside the agreed window

- Monday: ten-minute sync if anything is blocked

- Wednesday: weekly summary posted to the shared thread

**Duration:** 8 weeks, renewable. Accepted when the company contact confirms the deliverable against the written checklist. One round of edits is included.
