## About this task

This defence technology company in space launch (201–500 employees) is looking for a manager PR & Communications for a single piece of work with a fixed scope and a fixed price. Holding statements, roles and approval flow for incidents.

A fresh pair of experienced eyes is needed, and the result is a document or file the team can use straight away. It works in aerospace, where change control and documentation are formal.

The work is fully remote. Any location in United Kingdom works, with a few hours of overlap with the team's day. Most people do this on weekday evenings; replies inside the working day are not expected. About 2 hours a week should overlap with the team's day (UK time).

## What you deliver

- Draft a playbook with six scenarios, holding statements and a call tree.

- One round of edits after the company's review is included

- A 20-minute walkthrough call, or a recorded screen share if you prefer

- The finished deliverable in the agreed file format, with sources and assumptions listed

## How the work runs

- Day 1: kickoff call and access to the files

- Days 2 to 8: the work, with questions answered the same day

- Last day: delivery and a short walkthrough

**Duration:** about 10 working days. Accepted when the company contact confirms the deliverable against the written checklist. One round of edits is included.

## Who fits

- 7-12 years of hands-on work as a PR & Communications, or the equivalent mix of roles
