## About this task

This automotive supplier in car subscriptions (501–1,000 employees) is looking for a manager Commercial Contract Reviewer for a monthly bundle of recurring tasks, 10–24 h a month. Extracts key terms from many contracts into a table.

The same kind of work comes back every month, so the company prefers one person with an hours cap over ad-hoc requests. It is an automotive business with long programme cycles and a strong paper trail.

The team sits in Burnaby. Everything can be done remotely; an occasional visit is welcome and never required for the first month. The work runs in two set slots a week, agreed with the team at the start. About 2 hours a week should overlap with the team's day (PT).

## What you deliver

- Abstract 100 customer contracts for term, renewal, liability cap and termination rights.

- A running log of open questions, reviewed at the start of each week

- A named list of items moved to next month, so nothing is lost

- The monthly list of items completed, each with a link to the result

## What a month looks like

- Start of month: the company shares the items and the priorities

- Mid-month: progress check of 15 minutes

- Month end: hours used against the cap, results and open items

**Duration:** 8 weeks, with a monthly hours cap. Accepted on the company's written OK. If something is missed, you fix it in the same week at no extra charge to either side.
