## About this task

This Real-estate services firm (51–200 employees) is looking for a specialist Compliance Analyst for an ongoing part-time engagement of 1–2 h a week. Tracks filings, certifications and reviews.

The team is stretched and wants steady, predictable help instead of another full-time hire. It works in real estate and construction, where project documents change often.

The work is fully remote. Any location in United States works, with a few hours of overlap with the team's day. You choose your hours; nothing is scheduled except an occasional short call. About 2 hours a week should overlap with the team's day (CT).

## What you deliver

- Maintain a calendar of 75 compliance deadlines with owners and reminders.

- A written update every Friday with what was done, what is next and anything blocked

- Work logged against the agreed list, so the company contact can see progress without a call

- Questions collected in one thread, answered within one working day

## What a week looks like

- Wednesday: pick up the queue and confirm priorities

- Midweek: two short working sessions of one to two hours

- Friday: update sent before the company's end of day

**Duration:** 16 weeks, renewable. Accepted on the company's written OK. If something is missed, you fix it in the same week at no extra charge to either side.

- Anything that needs a signature in your own name unless the brief says so

- On-call availability outside the agreed window

## How you get paid

- Deftridge pays you in USD after the company confirms the hours or the deliverable. The payment date is written in your task agreement.

- You never chase the company. Questions about money go to Deftridge.
