## About this task

This property developer (201–500 employees) is looking for a senior Product Marketing Manager for a monthly bundle of recurring tasks, 8–16 h a month. Concise sales notes on each competitor.

The company wants one reliable owner for a list of small jobs instead of five different people. It works in real estate and construction, where project documents change often.

The team sits in Peterborough. Everything can be done remotely; an occasional visit is welcome and never required for the first month. The work runs in two set slots a week, agreed with the team at the start. About 2 hours a week should overlap with the team's day (UK time).

## What you deliver

- Write battlecards for six competitors with strengths, weaknesses, landmines and responses.

- A month-end summary with hours used against the cap

- A running log of open questions, reviewed at the start of each week

- The monthly list of items completed, each with a link to the result

## What a month looks like

- Week 1: intake call and a list of what is due this month

- Weeks 2 and 3: items completed in short sessions

- Week 4: month-end summary and the list for next month

**Duration:** 12 weeks, with a monthly hours cap. Accepted when the company contact confirms the deliverable against the written checklist. One round of edits is included.
